Hello and welcome! My name is Karen Robbins and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of New Hampshire.  I moved to the Upper Valley, New Hampshire over 20 years ago and am happy to call this beautiful state, home. 

In February of 2021, I received my New Hampshire License in Massage Therapy and thus,  Massage and Metta was born! I am a sole practitioner and practice out of my home. 
 

Massage and Metta has a lovely, quiet space, with a waiting area and private bathroom.  We use a variety of oils and lotions. Proudly using Hoba Care Organic Jojoba Oil,  Rebel Massage organic, small batch butters and melts, Flourish Beauty Lab (Vermont) and Half Wild (NH).
